Today I felt I could use a rest….hahahahah instead I watched my grandsons who keep me hopping.  Actually they are an absolute delight and are so good!  But it still takes energy and so I didn’t sit today very much LOL.  As I was giving each of them a cookie, in the past I would have taken one, but today, I didn’t even feel the slightest desire.  That’s when I know I am fully on the way to my goal.  And that makes me very happy! Day 46

Ran 1.5 miles and did Pilates in the evening.  Sooooo important to stretch as well as work the core.   I have to say the eating is going well.  I’m absolutely killin it lol.  And I am loving the fact that I can start to see the results.  More importantly, I feel fantastic, and the thought of sugar makes me slightly queasy.  Who would have thought!   I am really determined to keep going next week as I travel to England.  I don’t want ...

Day 45

Beautiful morning for a run!  Ran 1.5 miles.  Teaching Cardio resistance tonight.   Eating was great and the water consumption is good.  I hate Phase 2 eating wise because I’m a fruit and grain girl, however I love how I feel the best on Phase 2.  Go figure!! What’s your favorite phase of the eating plan?

Day 44

Today I did a weight training workout in the morning, then a step class at night.  In between I managed to eat very well, but my water consumption was lacking a little, will have to do better tomorrow! The weight loss is being a bit stubborn this week, but that seems to be very consistent with week 2 of the Fast Metabolism Diet for some reason.  I’m not fixated on the weight, it’s just something I always notice and then hear from my clients as well.  It can be ...

Day 43

Week 2 on the Fast Metabolism Diet and I feel great!  Cravings are GONE GONE GONE!  I don’t even think about sugar and it’s great! This morning I did a solid weight training workout. This evening I taught a Hi Lo Aerobic class so I got my cardio in as well.  Now to relax this evening! 

Day 42

Made homemade hummus and it was easy and delicious!  Great for snacking with veggies!  So quick to make too. Today I’m doing a bike ride.  I feel great and have so much energy I want to take advantage of it.  Down 5 lbs this week and so excited to see what this week brings!  Love the Fast Metabolism Diet!  

Day 41

Ran 1.5 miles in the morning.  Down 5 lbs YAY! I had a wedding to attend this evening, and I made up my mind I was not going to have a drink.  I kept my promise to myself and felt great!  However, I did have a little dessert, but I don’t feel badly as I will be back on track tomorrow and I did really well eating all day.  I also did not eat the full portion of dinner at the wedding; instead, I stopped eating when I felt full. Day 40

So since I worked out quite a bit yesterday, I decided to take today off.  Instead I watched my 3 grandsons, always a joy!  I am getting really excited as I am seeing my bloating go down with the Fast Metabolism Diet.  I really love this eating plan and it’s so simple!  Today was phase 3 and it is glorious!  

Day 39

Boy phase 2 of The Fast Metabolism Diet can be tedious!  But after 7 years of doing this eating plan on and off, it’s much easier than it was in the beginning.  And I have wonderful phase 3 to look forward to tomorrow with my fabulous shakes and great food. Day 38

Up late last night from the concert, but got up and did a light weight training workout.  Ate well today, already down 3 Lbs of bloat lol.  Feels great! Taught Cardio resistance tonight and now I’m ready for bed hahahah!  Feel awesome though!
