Day 73

Today I walked 1 mile then did a light resistance workout.  I was still feeling a bit sore from my run the previous day so I did a little legs but focused on upper body.  

I also only did 2 sets of each exercise as I was tired today for some reason.  Tomorrow I will take a day of rest then try to run 2.5 miles on Friday.
