Day 22

Took advantage of the beautiful day and did a bike ride.  Not sure of the mileage but it was an hour and 15 min ride, hills included!  It felt so good, I can’t wait to do another ride.  

Eating was great today, kept frequent small meals and ate really clean today.  Finished up my day with a glide and sweat class that was a killer!
