Today was a great day eating wise.  I feel good about my food choices, and got my water in.  Doing well makes me feel motivated to do even better.  It’s like a circle, the better I do the more motivated I become.  Which in turn makes me do better!

Todays exercise:

Ran/walk 1.5 miles

Upper body weight training workout

Cardio Resistance class
