Today was a day of travel so fitness wise it was a rest day. I am at a resort with my daughters to celebrate a pre wedding Mother/ daughters trip to Mexico. We ended up walking several miles throughout the day at the resort as it is a big place. I had one drink, and drank water the rest of the time today, as well as eating sensibly. Tomorrow I plan on hitting the gym here which is a great gym! Since I know this resort so well (been here 8 times) I have my workouts down to a routine and can stay on track.
